It is crucial to recognise the complexity of the changes in standard employment models currently in process as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. In cooperation with the team at ODInspire, we provide a unique service for companies called as „hybridisation”, which supports these unprecedented changes from the three separate perspectives of organisational development, employment law and occupational health and safety.
